2012 Printing / Copying Prices:

Perfect Drafting and Design now has the ability to produce black and white (grayscale) prints, 36” in width (or length, if rotated) and virtually any length. These can be new prints from electronic files (.PDF preferred) or copies of previously printed plans/blue prints.

Printing costs are as follows:

- Arch D (24”x36”) = $2.50 plus HST per page (total of $2.80 per page)

- Arch E (36”x48”) = $5.00 plus HST per page (total of $5.60 per page)

- Custom sizes (using 36” width or length) are charged at a rate of $.42 per sq. ft, plus taxes (i.e. 36”x42” = 10.5 sq. ft @ .42 = $4.41 per page = $4.94 with HST).

Copying costs:

- Add $1.00 (plus applicable taxes) per page to the printing costs for copies, as the hardcopies have to be manually fed thru the machine, which is a time consuming process. It is much quicker to print from a file.

- This $1.00 only applies to each page once if multiple copies are made at the original time of order (i.e. Copies of 5 sets of 5 Arch D pages: 5 pages x 5 sets = 25 pages @ $2.5 = $62.50. Add in $1.00 per original page for copying (5 x $1) = $5. Total cost of $67.50 plus applicable taxes.

Prints will be correlated, stapled, rolled, and available for pickup or drop-off in 100 Mile House. Prints received by 5 PM should be available for pickup the next business day by 11 AM, unless other arrangements are made. Shipping services are available for a $10 handling fee, plus the actual costs of shipping (Greyhound, Canada Post, Purolator, or Fed-Ex available).

Upon request, Perfect Drafting & Design can provide the client with an accurate, written estimate of the job cost prior to running any prints.

Payments can be made via cheque, cash, or credit card (online via Pay-Pal). Large orders will require pre-payment. Clients running multiple sets of prints per month can be billed bi-weekly, or monthly, if arrangements are made ahead of time.
